Tom is the founder and Managing Director of Medshare. He has a unique combination of skill sets that allow him to be ideally suited to the residential property development industry:
Consultant Surgeon: Analytical and organizational experience alongside intelligence to structure property projects in an efficient manner.
Property Development: Over a decade of development experience in refurbishing properties to a high specification creating unique living spaces. Tom has also completed the Simon Zutschi 1-year Educational Mastermind Programme focusing on property investment.
Medical Facilities Business Owner: Leadership and logistical knowledge in running a profitable business including human resources, operational and property management.

Jennie is the Design Consultant and Business Development Director at Medshare. She is a former Director of Software & Digital Marketing at Apparel Systems, a leading fashion-manufacture and supply chain software supplier to major high street retailers including ASOS, Arcadia, Next and John Lewis. She has led and negotiated many profitable business deals and understands how to maximise sales and control costs in order to grow a business.
Jennie has a passion for style and interiors and has recently completed a qualification focusing on the inspiration, visualization and execution of interior design.
