FAQs
• Do you have any available rooms?
Please contact Vicky our Lettings Manager, or please use the link to spare room for all current vacancies. https://www.spareroom.co.uk/u1423303
• How to apply for a room
You can come for a viewing or the room, in person or virtually. It is important you see us and the room before applying. We will call you before a viewing to run through the room, deposit and monthly rent requirements and discuss any requirements needed by yourself. We can then arrange a suitable time and date for a viewing. Once accepted tenant checks will be made and deposit taken to secure the room.
• Where will my deposit be held?
All tenants’ deposits are held securely in our tenant’s deposit scheme. A certificate with details of funds and account holding will be issued to the tenants.
• What happens on move in day?
On your moving in day, Vicky our letting manger will meet with you and run through everything you will need to know and supply you with your new house keys. We will also complete an inventory and give you a copy. After this you can then move your belongings in and meet your new housemates.
• Will I get my own Kitchen cupboard or do I need to share?
In all our properties each tenant has their own kitchen storage space along with dedicated fridge and freezer storage. These will be shown to you on move in day.
• How many people share the house space?
Depending on the size of the house and shared facilities this can range from 6 – 10 people. All bedrooms come with their own en-suite included and large kitchen/living space in the communal areas.
• What bills are included in my rent?
All bills are included in your rental fee. This also includes council tax and broadband. There are no hidden agency fees or any other expenses associated with your tenancy.
